TINK'S LIST
- Excessive rule breaking in this guild results in finding yourself on "Tink's List" (Tink being our glorious guildleader, Tinkdammers). Being placed on Tink's List is your last chance to straighten up before you're removed from the guild indefinitely. Tink ultimately has the final say on your fate. If you want to stay in the guild, get the phat lewtz, and have good people to run with and help you, then your best option is to follow our simple list of Guild Rules. Otherwise, you find yourself unable to participate in guild chats and placed on alt lists for raids. Getting off Tink's List requires a conversation with him on what he'd like to see you do to get off the list.
TINK'S PET PEEVES (Follow them or type /gquit)
- Do NOT /whisper officers in the middle of an instance or raid to ask for guild invites or anything else. Send them an in-game mail instead and they will get back to you.
- Minimize profanity, please. We're all adults, but let us maintain an air of dignity and civility. Constant foul language is annoying.
- We have Officers. Utilize them. Not every complaint should be directed to the Guild Master.
- If you don't put things IN the guild bank, don't expect to get things OUT of the guild bank. Don't donate 1 gold and expect to get a 30 gold item. Also, don't fill the donated money page with coppers so your name is all that shows. We need accurate records of people who are making donations. Please donate things that guild members could actually use.
- Don't spam another guild's run in guild chat. If they want help, they can ask an officer for it. That is what they are online for--to help. When we have a few members do it one after the other, it gets old fast. We also want to encourage guildies to run with the guild instead of looking outside and supporting other guilds first. Gearing your own guild mates is our top priority.
- Do NOT "loot link" item after item in guild chat that you see on another character. If you just got it, then by all means link it, and congrats! Loot linking also applies to unnecessary linking of your own phat loot in order to show up others in the guild.
- If you are NOT in the Raid and NOT asked, please do NOT start giving your two cents worth over Vent!
- If you are not an Officer, you should not be trying to set up a 10-man or above raid! Talk to a raid leader and get them to start the ball rolling!
- If you are going to apply to another GUILD, then say "good bye" and leave the guild (and take your alts). Don't milk us for gear and then bail on us. If you don't like us, then don't stay.
- DO NOT COME TO A RAID FLAGGED .
We update the new members on sunday till then you can not sign up for raids we work to get every one into a raid as there gear allows just because you think your ready does not mean the raid leaders do and they run the raids as i do not have time to run 4 Kara groups 2 ZA and 2 25 man groups a week personaly they give there time to do this for the guild a Thank you once and a while does not hurt any ones feelings.
Last for now we have ppl that play healers very well even though they would rather play the DPS with out our tanks and healers we are not going any where on Boss progression if a healer or tank ask for some damn help or a run lets get our act together and help each one out i have seen a person ask it any one wants to run something and not even get a reply Not Cool .
HAVE working ventrilo and know how to get on it as we are explaining the boss fights and dont have time to type what you are supposed to do no vent dont raid .
If ya are so drunk on vent that we will have to globle mute ya for our sanity .
